Where can I buy original BeYouTees®?
At this time, our tees are available exclusively in the United States and can be ordered online at beyoutees.com.

 

How do I find the best fit?
We offer tees and tanks that range from XS to 4XL, made in the best fabrics. See our fit guide for more information to help you find your best fit.

 

Do you ship internationally?
No. Currently, our products are only available in the United States.

 

What are the shipping options?
All orders ship for free. We ship orders via USPS standard shipping. You'll receive your order in 5-7 business days. At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

How can I track the status of my order?
When you place your order, a confirmation of your order is sent to you via email. When your order is shipped, an email is sent to you with the details of your order and tracking details.

 

What if I don't receive my order?
If you order does not arrive within 5-7 business days, contact us at customerservice@beyoutees.com and we will investigate the issue.

 

What if my order arrives damaged?
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with damaged items. Please contact us at customerservice@beyoutees.com and we'll review the issue and work to restore your order.

 

I ordered the wrong size; can I exchange it?
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart shown for the product on our site. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know at customerservice@beyoutees.com and we'll get it fixed for you.

 

How do I exchange or return my item(s)?
All sales are final. We only replace damaged or defective items. Please review our return policy for more details.

 

Do you offer customization?
No. We create new designs often, so be sure to check out our collections. You can also send us your feedback -- we'd love to hear from you!
